Return Policy

 

RETURN POLICY

  • Quality and satisfaction are a priority in our values. If the product arrives damaged, or the piece is not what you were expecting You are welcome to return or exchange it so long as it meets the criteria below.

  • Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we will not offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • Additional non-returnable items:
    * Gift cards
    * Downloadable software products

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

    • We take great care in the craftmanship of our components by using sturdy materials and take steps to test the strength of fasteners. If anything should be faulty with the product, we will make every effort to take corrective action.

    • If within the 30-day window- The standard return procedure will apply. The sale may be refunded, exchanged, or the item can be fixed and returned to you at no additional cost.

    • If within 60 days- The item may be returned for repair. The customer will pay the shipping cost to return and we will cover the cost to send back.

    • If a repair is requested after 60 days – The shipping costs will be the responsibility of the sender and a repair fee of $10 will be applied. If a main component is not repairable and a replacement is unavailable. We will offer a reasonable remedy or discount for another item. Please refer to our Use & Care Guide for additional information.

Refunds

  • Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we will not offer you a refund or exchange.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

  • If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at parallelcraftmichigan@gmail.com.

Exchanges

  • If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at parallelcraftmichigan@gmail.com and wait for confirmation before sending your item to: 877 Peppermill circle, Lapeer, MI, 48446, United States. Please do not send your item until correspondence has taken place.

Repairs

  • We only repair items at no cost if they are defective or damaged during shipping or within the 30-day time period.

  • If within 60 days- The item may be returned for repair. The customer will pay the shipping cost to return and we will cover the cost to send back.

  • If a repair is requested after 60 days – The shipping costs will be the responsibility of the sender and a repair fee of $10 will be applied. If a main component is not repairable and a replacement is unavailable. We will offer a reasonable remedy or discount for another item. Please refer to our Use & Care Guide for additional information.

  • Please do not send your item until correspondence has taken place.

  • If no remedy can be reached the original sale is considered final or returned.

  • Within 30 days of original purchase- A full refund will be applied, and I will keep the item.

  • Within 60 days of original purchase- If we cannot satisfy the repair due to an unreasonable request, we will send what was received back and the transaction will be complete. We will make every effort to remedy the issue before this point.

  • If after 60 days of original purchase- The repair transaction will be canceled, and we will send what was received back and the transaction will be complete. The $10 repair fee will be refunded.


Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping

  • To return your product, you should mail your product to: 877 Peppermill circle, Lapeer, MI, 48446, United States. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

  • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
